These terms and condition apply to The Mindful Image courses, workshops, sessions, retreats, training programmes, and community programme.
1. Course Access and Use:
A link to our terms and conditions on our website will be provided at the time of sign up to all our courses and must be agreed prior to work starting. Payment of any advance fees or payments online will be an acceptance of the terms and conditions.
License:
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the student to access and use the course materials for the sole purpose of completing the course.
Duration:
The license may have a limited duration, after which access to the course materials may be revoked.
Prohibited Activities:
Students are typically prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, sub-licensing, selling, uploading, broadcasting, posting, transmitting, or distributing any course materials without prior written permission.
Security:
Students are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must notify the provider immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Payment and Refunds:
Fees:
The course fees, payment methods, and payment schedules are clearly outlined. All courses and community memberships require payment in full prior to work commencing.
Refund Policy:
The Mindful Image has a fixed and clear refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our website unless explicitly stated otherwise. All sales are final.
If you need to cancel a booking you must inform us as soon as possible by emailing us at [email protected].
Occasionally it is necessary to reschedule a booking with a student. We will endeavour to find a mutually convenient date and time whenever possible.
Please note that if you leave The Mindful Image after a course has begun or if you fail to attend a course or session, no refund will be given, and The Mindful Image will retain 100% of the fees paid.
Cancellation:
The terms for cancelling the course and any associated fees are stated as follows:
In the event of The Mindful Image cancelling a course or session a replacement course or session will be offered or full refund of fees paid will be made. No refunds will be made for illness. The mindful image cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including (but not limited to), acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest and unforeseen personal circumstances.
4. Acceptable Use:
Student Conduct:
Students are expected to abide by a code of conduct, including respecting the intellectual property of others and engaging in respectful interactions with other students and instructors.
Prohibited Conduct:
Activities such as cheating, plagiarism, harassment, or any conduct that disrupts the learning environment are strictly prohibited.

The course provider typically disclaims any guarantee that the student will achieve a particular result or outcome from completing the course.
Liability:
The course provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
